  3. Clean-by is a preprocessor for TabbyNet SendNews. Its mission is to strip any
  4. lines containing only the string "SEEN-BY:" from the seenby.bbs file, since
  5. Mac boards in net 102 have been plagued by crashes caused by these
  6. almost-empty lines.
  7.  
  8. To install Clean-by, insert it just before TabbyNet SendNews in all events.
  9.  
  10. Clean-by is free.
